After damage to my roof from a windstorm I was referred to DuPage Adjusters. Sean came out and inspected the roof and found wind and hail damage. Sean handled filing the claim with my insurance company and met with the insurance adjuster on-site to go over the damage he had found. Sean came out, evaluated the wind damage to my roof and then laid down tarps to ensure that no leaking would occur between then and the time of my actual roofing project. I ran into Aaron at Home Depot, asked him to give me a quote for a new roof. He stopped by a few days later, walked the roof, explained the problems with my roof, said they could work with my insurance and gave me a quote; 2 weeks later we had a new roof. I could immediately tell the material quality and workmanship was light years above the roof I had which was 18 years old but looked like it was 30. There were no "addons" or gotchas' the price quoted was what I paid, even after they has to replace a lot more sheathing then anticipated. they were great to work with and highly recommend them. While replacing my neighbor's roof which had sustained wind and hail damage last year, Paul Larson of DuPage Adjusters noticed that my roof may have sustained the same damage. We filed a claim with my insurance company, Paul met the inspector, pointed out the wind and hail damage my roof had sustained and they agreed that there was indeed damage.

They use high quality IKO Dynasty products - we selected the Frostone Grey color which was a great choice. Materials were promptly delivered before the scheduled replacement date. Paul quickly responded to voice/text messages throughout the process.

The crew that installed the new roof were professional, showed up earlier than I expected and were done by early afternoon. They replaced some plywood that was worn. They were careful not to damage the any shrubs I have surrounding the house. They cleaned up after completion and left nothing laying around. They then went over the driveway and the surrounding grass with a magnetized roller to pick up any nails that may have dislodged.

We are very satisfied with the way the process went and would highly recommend DuPage Adjusters.

Our roof had both wind and hail damage from previous years and we have been trying to find someone to help us out with replacement. After several unsuccessful attempts using services who had knocked on our door, we contacted DuPage Adjusters based upon a recommendation from a co-worker. A neighbor down the block referred me to Sean at DuPage Adjusters. Sean came out and inspected my roof in Wooddale. He then presented to me photos of the damage to the shingles that he had found--damage I wouldn't have been able to identify myself. He represented me in my claim with my insurance company--handled all of the phone calls and the paperwork--and met the insurance adjuster onsite to go over all of the damages that should have been (and ultimately were) covered by my insurance policy. I ended up with a new roof and am very satisfied with the services provided by DuPage Adjusters. Sean was polite, professional and was able to guide me through this complicated and frustrating process. I'll be recommending him and DuPage Adjusters to my neighbors. After Sean from DuPage Adjusters came out and secured the funds for my roofing project, DuPage Construction completed the work. I received upgraded shingles and the work was done in a timely (a single day), clean and efficient manner. There were some delays to the start of the project due to the weather but there were always communicated to me. My new roof looks great, everything was brought up to code and most importantly, to me, there have been absolutely no leaks over this winter. I am very happy.

Our roof had both wind and hail damage from previous years and we have been trying to find someone to help us out with replacement. After several unsuccessful attempts using services who had knocked on our door, we contacted DuPage Adjusters based upon a recommendation from a co-worker. On first contact, Paul was very responsive and helpful in guiding us about what needed to be done. After the latest round of storms rolled through, we contacted Paul and he took it from there. DuPage adjusters contacted our Homeowners Insurance, filed the claim, set up the inspection and was there to answer all questions. After the inspector finished, Paul took care of everything. He followed through with the adjustors to ensure that all items needing to be replaced were accounted for and got the right payoff required for the job. Once the claim was processed, Paul brought out the samples to allow us to choose the color for our roof. I ran into Aaron at Home Depot, asked him to give me a quote for a new roof. He stopped by a few days later, walked the roof, explained the problems with my roof, said they could work with my insurance and gave me a quote; 2 weeks later we had a new roof. I could immediately tell the material quality and workmanship was light years above the roof I had which was 18 years old but looked like it was 30. There were no "addons" or gotchas' the price quoted was what I paid, even after they has to replace a lot more sheathing then anticipated. they were great to work with and highly recommend them. While replacing my neighbor's roof which had sustained wind and hail damage last year, Paul Larson of DuPage Adjusters noticed that my roof may have sustained the same damage. We filed a claim with my insurance company, Paul met the inspector, pointed out the wind and hail damage my roof had sustained and they agreed that there was indeed damage. They use high quality IKO Dynasty products - we selected the Frostone Grey color which was a great choice. Materials were promptly delivered before the scheduled replacement date. Paul quickly responded to voice/text messages throughout the process. The crew that installed the new roof were professional, showed up earlier than I expected and were done by early afternoon. They replaced some plywood that was worn. They were careful not to damage the any shrubs I have surrounding the house. They cleaned up after completion and left nothing laying around. They then went over the driveway and the surrounding grass with a magnetized roller to pick up any nails that may have dislodged. We are very satisfied with the way the process went and would highly recommend DuPage Adjusters.
